When I went to pick up my bridal gown another bride, who had just walked in, was using my scheduled time. After i got my wedding dress it was 20 min before anyone came to help me. I guess I should thank the bride before me because it was her who reminded the sales lady that I was still waiting for her. I definitively would not recommend this store to anyone I know, the staff had awful customer service.
