Highland Starter & Alternator

Worst “mechanic” I have ever dealt with. I had an oil leak situation and was quoted to replace both valve cover gaskets on a 4.8 V8 X5. I agreed and left the vehicle, work was on and off for 8 days until complete. I was told during the process that the alternator should be rebuilt as it has to come out, and I figured they may as well do the work as they were in that area anyways. I paid for this extra work, waited 4x as long for the vehicle and when I picked it up, noticed that I had an error on on my dash and engine light on and my driveshaft was making an extremely loud clunking sound all of a sudden. When I called in, Joshua told me that the engine light is on as the cam sensors need to be replaced. I now found it odd as Joshua should have said that when he worked on it. He said he would swap out the driveshaft for a low price, which made me feel like he was damaging things but I took it back to get the cam sensors replaced, the driveshaft replaced and the transmission fluid flushe
