To my listing clients:
When you list your house with me I promise to work my hardest in selling your home for the highest possible dollar and in the shortest possible time. To help in achieving that goal I offer each of my clients professional photos done by a local photographer and in some listings we will also do a video to showcase everything your home has to offer. Each listing gets it's own customized website with photos, any videos, a detailed list of all the features within that home, a map with local nearby amenities and much more. In addition to your property having it's own website it will also be listed on my Re/Max site, Kijiji, social media outlets and MLS. I will advertise each new listing in the Brant Realtor and/or Expositor Homes sections. For sale signs and open houses will also be done based on arrangements with each client. I provide a ~complementary to you~ cleaning service with a local company to come in and clean each home before we do the pictures and put the listing on the market. It's just one less thing you have to worry about! To my buyer clients: I work closely with you to determine the needs and wants you are seeking in a property to help you find your perfect home. I set you up with an email system that automatically emails you listings based on your criteria and together we view the properties you like until we find you your new home. I offer a monthly newsletter to any and all clients/customers to keep you up to date on some local market conditions and trends. The newsletter also has ideas on renovating, home design, kids lunch ideas, fixtures etc. *Content changes monthly* Email me your email address and we can get you set up right away. I work with new buyers, old buyers, repeat buyers, sellers and all those in-between. These days most people can find their future home of choice on-line. My job is to help you sort through all of the variables involved in buying a house: to research all local comparable properties, transportation, restaurants, schools, and most importantly, contract negotiation.
