I was shopping around for refrigerators a few days ago, and went to Future Shop to see what they had available. The selection wasn't bad, but it was difficult to get a real good look at the fridges without a salesman hovering over me. The prices were fair though, so I gave serious consideration to one of the fridges they had for sale. Next thing I knew, the salesman was trying to talk me into buying the protection policy. I kept saying no, I didn't want that, but he kept pushing it, and I finally ended up stating in no uncertain terms that I did NOT want the extra warranty. You need to stand firm with these people, and don't fall for their tactics. I did purchase the fridge, and made arrangements for delivery. I spent $2150.
