Venus De Milo Family Restaurant & Pizza

John Heys (Ridgetown, Ont.) We dined there for the first time in late May, 2017. As I am from Toronto and lived there for 65 years, I have always judged Italian food based on the Pasta Meat Sauce. Their meat sauce is to die for! The staff are polite and the atmosphere and seating is comfortable. The prices are reasonable and the portions are very generous. To be frank, I could have ordered on the Senior's menu but was extra hungry so I tried the regular order. I realized it wasn't my hunger that allowed my to finish my plate but that the taste of the food did not allow me to leave any portion behind. If they could bottle that great sauce, it would top anything on the market today. I will be revisiting Venus De Milo's establishment frequently from now on. (My wife is miffed at me for too often singing the praises of that particular meal but she too did enjoy her entry of a cutlet of veal).
