Prompt, friendly and efficient service. We called with a water softener issue and our call was answered promptly. We were able to obtain a timely service call and the parts required were supplied immediately. Everything was explained in detail, including the pros and cons of repair versus new purchase, which was a system made in Canada with an excellent warranty. We were extremely happy with the service we received and will definitely use Cambridge Plumbing again, as well as referring them to friends and neighbours.
