Randy's Furnace & Chimney Service

I had a very unpleasant experience with Randy. He installed my Napoleon wood furnace without reading the furnace manual thereby installing it incorrectly which caused it to overheat. It also was not level, and when I complained, he said my cement floor was not level. He didn't realize that it had level legs on it as he didn't bother to read the instruction manual. When he tried to level the furnace , he did so with the upper plenums still attached, thereby bending the furnace frame and buckling the area where the damper was situated making the damper problematic. Also the plenums he fabricated to go over the wood box were an incorrect size for this wood furnace I didn't realize the furnace had all these issues until it was later fired up and then Randy refused to come back to address these problems until he was threatened with legal action as he had already been paid.
