I just want to complain about one of your assistant who I found to be very rude . Is not the first that I have to deal with her bad attitude. I have called in August or September to have a proposed appointment on February . I just called today to confirm my appointment, first the assistant confirm that I have indeed an appointment booked at the mentioned then she call me back 1 minute after to cancelled my appointment and say that I have been called back in November. • First I have never received a call, message nor email regarding the cancellation of the February appointment • Also, If my appointment was really cancelled how come it still appear the Dr Calendar. Regardless, the lack of professionalism of this assistant is worrying, disturbing, I ‘m questioning a good faith, did my appointment was really cancelled or was is an unilateral decision for her part? Also on many people like me have to go through her rude way
