I could not disagree with the other reviewer more. While it may be true that they are a "mom and pop" shop, that certainly isn't a mark against them. If anything, we appreciate the personal service they provide. We have been using Chargen for several years now and have always found them to be fast, efficient and more than able to deal with any issues we have had. I would highly recommend Chargen to anyone.
