Description
Chef Gabriele Paganelli started Romagna Mia in 1997 (now Paganelli's Risotteria), with the idea of introducing the cuisine of Emilia Romagna to Toronto. Gabriele’s vision was to share the tastes and flavours of his childhood; traditional fresh pasta, homemade piadina and award winning risotto. Over the years many awards and accolades have been achieved, but the one Gabriele and his family are most proud of is giving Toronto its only truly traditional northern Italian dining experience.
