We are dedicated to providing eco-friendly packaging to minimize waste and environmental impact. Innovation, attention to changing market conditions and consumer preferences has led to our Vineyard-to-Table program which uses 1000 litre, temperature-controlled, stainless steel fermentation tanks. The Wine Works brokers high quality varietal grape supply from well established, highly reputable vineyards in Oregon, Washington and BC's Okanagan Valley. What excites the Wine Works most is new found access to organic products. The Wine Works also boasts an on-site tasting bar for their line of gourmet flavoured Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars.
