This morning, as every morning, Ric's prep chefs in locations from Prince George to Victoria and from Edmonton to Lethbridge, started the day from scratch.
With the freshest, finest ingredients, they prepared house made Merlot reductions, tore crisp Romaine for Caesar salads, cut and caramelized onions, hand-peeled fresh shrimp and hand-carved our Sterling Silver™ steaks. Our steakcraft embodies our passion for food: for over a decade, we've served nothing but Sterling Silver beef, the top 12% of all beef raised in Canada. It's graded for marbling, colour and texture and aged 21 days, to which we add more time and tenderness.
