Highly unprofessional. He missed the appointment to check out my washing machine and when I called him to find out where he was, he said he got home late from the Super Bowl the night before. He then rushed over to look at the machine. He quoted me a certain price for the visit on the phone, then tried to charge me more. He ordered a part, then when it came in, he told me he no longer wanted my business via text, and called me cheap and insulted me personally - and said he would return the part and to go elsewhere. Meanwhile, I had waited a week from when I called to book the appointment, and my tenant was without a washing machine during that time. Now I have to start all over again. Do not use this business as he seems very erratic and one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had as a customer.
