The Brick

After dealing with the brick about my tv warranty that had changed unknowingly after being a long time customer ,Mark our one and only salesman we deal with helped us tremendously!!!! He has the best customer Service that my husband or myself have seen in years, we have been dealing with Mark for years and he always is absolutely working for the customer he always gets things done and has the correct answers that we need. Dealing with Mark for this long and knowing the awesome customer service he provides every time we are not sure why he is not in a management position?? We always seem to have issues with the customer service that is provided by the front desk girls( some new girls) and also the male manager I spoke to was condescending and pretty much told me to stick it and that’s just how it is,horrible customer service skills. The new manager/front desk lady was just as condescending and kept repeating my name and not giving me any answers whatsoever that helped! MARK is number 1
