They replaced our front wheel bearing. Within 35 km, it started to make noise. We were on a road trip to Vancouver and that wheel got noisier. The wheel started wobbling and falling only 3 days after the repair. It was towed to another store and they tightened it back up. We had to stay in a motel, lose a day's wages for 2 people. I phoned them to see what they would do for us. They said the tow bill and repair were free and gave us 100 bucks off our next repair. They blamed me for not retorquing my wheel nuts. The shop told me it was the locking nut that came loose. They never took responsibilty for their failed repair job or made an attempt to make things right. Not going back or removing my bad reviews untill they try to make things right. We lost about $800, after their repair, because they did not tighten things properly.
