Classic Silverware

I had Classic Silverware in Victoria repair and re-plate some of my family’s heirloom pieces. I urge people to avoid taking their silver pieces into their shop for repair or re-plating services. To my utter dismay I was charged for repairs that were never done, was given pieces that belonged to another family and had pieces returned from re-plating that were badly damaged. The owner Barb was very hostile when I complained and was unwilling to hear my concerns or to take any steps to rectify the damages done which were extensive. I will have to find another service and will have to pay for the repairs despite the considerable expense that I already incurred to have the pieces restored at Classic Silverware. I would NOT recommend this shop to friends or family.
