Got caught in some winter weather and slow driving so we elected to stay in Golden versus pushing it to Calgary. Used trip advisor to find this place. Rooms were nice, clean & comfortable, everything you'd ask for and the price was very reasonable. Hotel is not in the main strip of hotels/restaurants/gas stations but easily accessed just off the highway up the hill towards calgary. Has a pool, which is great for kids and there is a restaurant/lounge which was really nice cause after the 3.5 hour drive over rogers pass we didn't feel like going anywhere.
