Comox Valley Christian School (CVCS) is a private evangelical Christian school that is part of the ministry of Northgate Foursquare Church. CVCS has received the highest classification under the Independent School Act.
In December 2007 CVCS, after many years of operating as a parent run society came under the governance and leadership of Northgate Foursquare Church. This partnership offers the school a stability of leadership and vision to guide the school into the future. The school continues to open to all who subscribe to the school’s Statement of Faith. CVCS is pleased to provide quality instruction from Kindergarten through to Grade 12 that complies with or exceeds the British Columbia Ministry of Education learning outcomes. The school is centrered around Christ and the Word of God and uses service, missions, and the performing arts at every grade level to develop young people with a love for God and opportunities to change their world.
