Awful. Sorry. Went to First Choice a few times at different locations in Vernon. Every time I was almost reduced to tears because it was THAT bad. Choppy, uneven every time. The stylists would never listen to me and continue hacking away at my hair. This was just getting my hair trimmed. I think the real problem is that they don't get proper training. They never use any other tools on my hair besides the basic scissors, when a thinning shear should be used. They only know how to cut hair straight across, and don't pay attention to detail. NEVER TAKE YOUR CHANCES. First Choice is my last choice. Sorry, I really wanted to like First Choice, but I only give credit where it is deserved.
