Maili J is a renowned International hair stylist and colourist, specializing in up styling and makeup. She has worked from Australia to the US and Canada, just to name a few.
Maili has trained with Wella International, which has required her to achieve certification in various science courses to gain full understanding of the biology and chemistry of hair, hair products, colour products, and their interactions. She immigrated to Canada in November 2000 as a colour technician for Wella Canada to assist in rebuilding salon businesses, educating colourists and salons in the proper use of colour, and training stylists. Hair and hair colouring is only one facet of beauty, and before long, Maili added the world of makeup application to her creative toolkit. Maili has participated in and won awards for many runway shows and Avant Guarde fashion parades. She also designed hair and makeup looks for large events and fundraisers. Maili has also studied photography as a complimentary expression of her hair and makeup creations and has won photo shoot competitions in various categories.
