Having a baby can be a thrilling time in a family’s life, but it also comes with a lot of unknowns, and an overwhelming amount of contradictory information. I'm a doula in Ottawa, Ontario and I provide practical support to families through pregnancy, labour, birth, and the postpartum stage. I focus on ensuring that each individual, each family, receives the individualized support they need to have a positive, safe, and empowered birth experience. Compassion, respect, and nurturing are at the forefront of my practice. While I offer my doula services to all, my specialty is in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and families. I am dedicated to ensuring that queer and trans families receive the perinatal support they need and deserve.
