We begin by interviewing stakeholders from senior management and the participant group, as well as other relevant individuals in your organization. Our goal for every conversation is to ensure your program content will be grounded in your organization's strategy, directly related to your participants' jobs and roles, and integrated with your strategic objectives. We will also define your desired outcomes and determine the metrics for evaluating the long-term impact of the program. The design of our programs aligns with the goals and objectives determined during the needs assessment, and complements your organizational culture. We work with you to develop a truly customized program that combines a variety of learning methodologies with perspectives from RMC members, your leaders, and outside experts. We may propose a modular approach, in which learning happens over a series of weeks or months.
