Servicing the public and private sectors, GN Construction’s General Contracting Service is a well known approach to the development and construction of the project, which is set out by a legal contract documents structured by design consultant who is hired by the client directly.
As general contractor GN is responsible for the overall coordination of a project. We first assess the project-specific documents (referred to as bid, proposal or tender documents). In the case of renovations, a site visit will be required to get a better understanding of the project. Depending on the project delivery method, GN Construction Services will submit a fixed price proposal or bid, cost plus price or an estimate. We considers the cost of project office overhead, general conditions, materials and equipment as well as the cost of labor to provide the owner with a price for the project. After GN will be awarded with project, the main goal is to provide all the material, labor, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of the project. We will hire specialized subcontractor and we use in house labor to perform all construction work through all stages up to a successful completed projects on time and within budget
