Amazing service / the stars go out to 3 Houle employees Kerry who took initial call Nathan Huson who totally jumped in and attended late in evening to check out the issue of water running into hydro meter and flooding garage / water hydro yuk. His professional manner/ fantastic genuine caring personality and explanations put my mind at ease. He worked with BC Hydro and building inspector arranged a quick date to fix and that was today. Everything worked out hydro and another shout out to Mark Perry service electrician who did the repair he worked well with BC Hydro crew and once again this young man was great: / had all parts assessed and got at it. The people skills of Nathan and Mark was nice to witness in this business world where service people often are rude and abrubt. They we’re totally professional and helped elevate the stress Id been dealing with. This company was recommended to me by another business person in Campbell River and I’ll recommend this company.
