My name is Barbara Dawson. I am the Registered Nurse (RN) and primary care provider at inStep footcare services in Markham, Ontario.
I offer a variety of foot care services, including assessment and treatment of: • Diabetes feet • Arthritic feet • Long / thick / deformed nails • Discoloured or fungal nails • Corns and calluses • Peripheral Neuropathy (numbness, burning, tingling of feet) • Circulatory assessments of the lower limbs (doppler) • Near infrared light therapy for pain management and fungal nail treatments. I also provide health teaching, footwear advice, fitting and ordering of compression stockings, and referrals to other health care professionals as necessary. The equipment and products that I use are state of the art, and have been selected for the comfort, safety and well-being of the clients in my care.
