Vanek Whiskey Events was founded by Tom Vanek, a passionate whiskey connoisseur who has spent much of his career making presentations come to life. Tom's conversational and entertaining style of presenting makes even those new to the whiskey world immediately at ease, as he infuses a contemporary and playful spirit at a tasting. Our events are interactive gatherings where guests participate in a whisky sampling designed to raise awareness of the factors that heighten one's own tasting experience. Focusing on world whiskies, Tom sees his role as one of an educated tour guide, helping taste travellers better understand the territory they are visiting, while identifying points of interest along the way.
