Description
My name is Meadow Caya. I started Cake Betty in November 2014, after working in the restaurant industry for over a decade. One of my daughters has strict dietary requirements; this, combined with a love of baking lead me to discover and invent some great recipes. I have now compiled many unique recipes free of gluten and dairy, and have sourced local, organic ingredients depending on your needs and budget.
My favourite part of creating cakes is the final, decorative stage, when I get to be my most creative. I have become adept in fondant sculpture and airbrush techniques, and always welcome the artistic challenge of creating a beautiful and edible work of art!
