We know from experience that sometimes it can be difficult to get out to a yoga class. Sometimes there just isn’t enough time to travel to and from a yoga studio in your already busy day. Sometimes it can be impossible to leave the house due to a new baby, or kids, or a hectic work schedule. We also understand that a yoga studio can be an intimidating place to some, and that some people need special attention due to illness, injuries, and disabilities. We are a group of highly skilled personal yoga teachers, who specialize in private yoga instruction. We serve all around Toronto, as well as some areas just outside of Toronto.
