In Our Care was referred to us by a case worker who was working with the family to help us navigate the next steps in my father’s care. They can highly recommended by the case worker so we called them. I got through on the first call and I shared with him my care objectives as well as some concerns. We met the next day and from the onset I felt that he knew what he was all about and he had a soft spot for seniors. He spoke with emotion and represented the company well. Later came to find out he was the owner. We all have a calling in life and Victor was living his. Long story short we hired him and he set us up with a TERRIFIC caregiver. He made follow-up calls just to check up on things. He would drop by from time to time to see dad. He proved to us that the right care should feel like a relative caring for a loved one. Excellent rates and he was open to whatever payment plan works for the family. Dad is happy to be in his home, we’re happy for him & for people like Victor. Jennifer
