Sun Country Rentals

I rented a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, 85m2, for over a year from them. At check out, it was noted that there was dust and the apartment needs cleaning and so do the carpets. Sounds fair. They charged me $42.9 every hour and apparently it took them 10 hours to clean this tiny apartment. This cleaning is beside the carpet cleaning (another $140). If it sounds unfair is because it is. The apartment was barely dusty and didn't have any trash or any dirt in it. I got a cleaning service (which cost me only $80) 3 weeks before handing the apartment over to them, and I didn't live in that apartment for those weeks. This company tries to overcharge you with anything to save themselves a couple of dollars over valuing their reputation. Please find any other place to rent and save yourself from feeling ripped off.
