Rosita Allen provide counselling/ therapy to families and individuals facing challenging or traumatic life situations. It can be very distressing for individuals during these times. If you are feeling helpless, alone, confused and overwhelmed with your situation, she is familiar with these debilitating pain and overwhelming emotions. She would like to help you to get through this and be empowered. Parenting is another challenge. Parenting a strong will child with challenging behaviors can be frustrating , parents need support and someone who will help them to guide the child in turning those negative behaviors into positives. She is committed to affect change.
She works with families, individuals and children providing counseling, parenting, in home therapeutic work with children with autism attention deficit and other special needs. Behavior modification program for children with challenging behavior. She facilitates social skills/anger management group for children ages 5-7. Also counselling for WSIB and MVA victims. Her training, education, skills, personal experiences, years of service enhances her insight , empathy and helping abilities to committee to affect change and give hope.
