Pizza La Rosa Inc

I wanted to try a different pizza as opposed to the regular Big Franchises. I ordered a pizza online from this company and paid by credit card at 13:04 and received an email verification to pickup my pizza at 13:30 (1:30 pm). It took me 10 minutes to drive there. I arrived at 13:27 and told the man and woman behind the counter I am here to pick up my pizza. They looked puzzled. Then the man went to the other side of the counter and came back to me telling me I am too early and showed me a paper (print out) where someone wrote 2:30 and he pointed out that the pizza will be ready at 2:30. I showed them my email and told them it should be ready at 1:30. He looked at the clock and said "see it is not 2:30 yet only 1:30. Eventually he looked at his printout and realize that the made a mistake. I said to him I can't wait this long I have to rush back that I would like a refund. He got angry with me and told me to get out that he is the owner. Well I was shocked thinking it was an Italian owned restaurant,
