Brenda Hall has been a Registered Massage Therapist for over 20 years and an Aquanetics Certified Hydrotherapist (the highest level of aquatic rehabilitation in Canada) and a Rehab weight trainer for over 15 years. Becoming a massage therapist came naturally due to her athletic background and passion for wellness.
Brenda’s treatments consist of medium to deep Swedish massage techniques, joint mobilization, posture analysis, trigger point therapy, Active Myofascial Release, and designing stretching and strengthening programs. Although experienced in treating a multitude of conditions, her main focus is treating musculoskeletal injuries, chronic low back pain, post surgical rehabilitation and stress related conditions.
