Shannon Reid - Illustrative Portraits

My name is Shannon Reid, presently I am attending OCADU as an illustration major while I independently run allisplural (an ‘illustrative/creative lit’ music based website). I am a creative writer/illustrator/artist with a lot of ideas! Drawing/painting people is my weakness and I love to work traditgitally (traditional+digital).
WHAT? MY INTRODUCTIONS: Ideally what I aim to create with my words is an opening that is not unlike a conceptual music video. This is my process: When I am moved emotionally by songs, I visualize images and stories. When I’m ready: I write them down, fine tune them and then present them to you. MY INTERVIEWS: The same interview answered many different ways is my approach to achieving consistency as well as generating readership through comparing/contrasting different answers/points of view. I urge you to look past the obvious; ONE allisplural INTERVIEW (the hub) potentially leads the viewer towards discovering (a minimum of 7 new ports) a new author, artist/designer, new media, instruments/equipment, record label, recording studio, and at least 3 bands. Ultimately my goal is to inspire and support creativity.
