As a business owner in the beauty industry, I had my worst experience ever with the owner, Thuy at this salon. She gouges & overcharges, has clearly tried to scam me the 1st visit & 2nd visit. Wh did I go back you ask? Due to the fact the $300 of taped extensions she put in 2 weeks ago, 10 fell out in 10 days with more hanging by a thread. Don’t say you can do a treatment of procedure if you don’t know. Clearly you don’t. I went back today because she couldn’t take me sooner, & she actually charged me to put them back in??? Anyone who has had taped extensions would know they last longer than 19 days. I’ve had them off & on for years so I get how they work. She said I had to pay for her time to put them back in. This disgusts me as a business owner & client. She’s a scammer & has a very low understanding of customer service to the point of non existence. My experience has been so bad I’ve reported her to the BBB along with other business organizations that need to know. Sad.
