Celling insides are insulated with 1 inch of insulation with a vapor barrier to prevent condensation or moisture from being inside the unit along with our cement pad being treated when poured to prevent cement dust. Our Climate Controlled Building is Heated By Radiant Floor Heat. We also offer a Moving Service with an 18-foot Cube Van, and the use of our Men and Equipment to help provide a smoother transition for your belongings. We are located just 1km East of Perth on Highway # 7.
