To begin with, a store employee stole from our home during a delivery. This employee was fired so they recognized that it happened. Secondly, the store manager "JEFF" has the worst customer service skills I've ever experienced. Verbally threatened my wife at our own home, refused to repair furniture that even his own employees agreed needed repair! Highly recommend that nobody deal with this store (at least not the Kelowna location)
