hired them to fix a leaky shower. charged me 2 hrs labour at $110/hr to track down a part that they then said was not available in Saskatoon. Came back 2 times over the next 6 weeks to "fix" the shower. was told they replaced certain parts but nothing seemed to be fixing the problem. I finally gave up on them and called centennial. The guy from centennial had it fixed within 1.5 hrs and that was including going to the plumbe shoppe to get the part he was missing. which was available in saskatoon. i was also informed that the piece that jds said they replaced was never changed. i have now phoned 4 times to speak with them about reimburing some of my money since they never did anything and the refuse to return my calls
