Thank you for your interest in my practice. I provide Brief and Long-Term Psychotherapy, Psychoanalysis, and Couples Therapy for adults of all age ranges.
I am happy to answer questions by phone, video call, or meet with you in person to explore how I can best help you. I treat all kinds of issues (see list), but a specialty of my practice is also working with individuals from multi-cultural backgrounds. Having lived in various cultures and being multi-lingual, I am highly attuned to the added complexity multi-cultural issues may bring to the treatment. While multi-cultural issues may come up in addressing other issues, it is possible that you may want to specifically focus on, for example, difficulties with adaptation, growing up in multi-cultural families, intergenerational conflicts, being in a culturally mixed relationship, identity conflicts, work diversity issues, inter-generational trauma transmission. The approach to the treatment and it's length depends on each individual's or couple's needs/dynamics and is custom tailored to these specifics.
