A few months ago I started having unexplained knee pain. I couldn't go downstairs without help. I was seriously thinking I might need surgery as the pain was increasingly almost unbearable. I never had any back pain and had 2 doctors give me 2 different diagnosis (one said arthritis, one said a ligament tear). Both were completely wrong. The physiotherapist knew what it was right away and started to work to help fix it. Not only has she helped with this, but my posture has improved, and I am much stronger, even after this short amount of time. My headaches seem to be going away, and pain in my shoulders is disappearing too. I would like to continue with physio, if for nothing else to help my posture and core strength. This place truly has been a miracle for me. Thanks Whitney!
