Joe's is one of my favorite places to eat. Whenerver I am in wolfville I always plan enough time to stop in. The atmosphere is easy going, staff are friendly, and the food is great. I've tried and love almost everything on the menu, but what keeps bringing me back is the Scott Skins,(a twist on potato skins) a huge portion of fried potato slices, coated in special {expletive}, covered in bacon bits and tons of melted cheese with a side of sour cream... ahh the best!!
