I filled out an application for an auto loan after waiting for almost 3 hours and still no answer I went home. I sent several emails asking the progress of my application, and herd nothing. I wasted my time and money on this. I went to another car dealership the following week and was approved on the spot and was able to get into a vehicle within 48 hours. Absolutely horrible customer service and false advertisement!! Their website claims they have hundreds of vehicles in stock, and when I drove from London to Ingersoll I only saw 7 cars and 3 pickup trucks.
