! Do yourself a favor and do not use this agency. I was contacted by Jackie; she offered me a job I didn't apply for, after finding out my address she said the client was looking for someone who lived closer to the company as it was a 12 hour shift. However, she said she would speak to them and find out if they would authorize it. She calls me back to inform me they had said no, but because she "liked me" she gave them the wrong postal code and told me I started the next day and she would text me the address. Hours went by she never texted I finally text her she said "oh thanks for reminding me" waited another few hours no text then finally around 9:00 pm she texted saying her phone died and gave me the address. Next morning I wake up to a text message from her apologizing but her manager didn't want me to go anymore and she was going to help me find something else. Few days later she actually called back offering me that same job she initially told me not to go to and that I started the next day once again.
