Since 1983, Fitness Plus has offered Calgarians a comprehensive fitness experience with state-of-the-art facilities and services. Start your membership with a free fitness evaluation with one of our personal trainers. Our memberships include free fitness evaluations every six months, and programs can be revised every 20 workouts. We also include free, unlimited one-on-one training, nutritional guidance and an excellent choice of classes to get you fit! (view Schedules for details).
We have a health and nutrition centre at our north location, and both of our locations offer courts and daycare facilities.
