I would certainly recommend this business highly and will be sure to use its services in future should I require them. I was having a problem with my Dyson vacuum cleaner. Frank gave me some diagnostic tests to run and suggested I call the company helpline to see if the unit was still under warranty as Dysons are difficult and costly to diagnose and repair. I called the Dyson helpline. The warranty had expired six months previously. The agent asked me run a couple of tests and identified the problem -- the powerhead was faulty. Since there had been no previous warranty issues, the company replaced the part at no cost.
