Stayed here for a Christmas trip in Dec. Hotel is in a great location and the staff we encountered were really friendly. The suite was fine - we had a very high floor which gave us a good view. Given it was COLD and snowy in Toronto, the rooms were warm and welcoming. After 4 days the complimentary breakfast, which doesn't change, was a bit boring. Quality was OK but nothing special. Hotel restaurant has a nice atmosphere. Housekeeping could have been a bit more thorough with the hoovering and dusting but overall the room was clean (included the somewhat dated bathroom) The king-sized Bed was very comfortable. We appreciated a complimentary bottle of wine which was delivered after we had checked in. I would choose this hotel again - its not a luxury hotel but it does represent good value for money.
