Two different times now where this place has charged my Visa for services I did not receive. About two years ago the carwash stopped at the $7 mark. I reinserted my Visa to restart and put on another $5.50. Days later two charges on my Visa... $12 and $9. Manager offered me tokens to compensate. I chalked it up as an error and kept using this car wash as it is convenient. Today a $12.50 charge appeared on my credit card from this place even though I have not been to Diamond Car Wash since October 23 ... 49 days ago and I was billed the $9 on my Visa for that visit. So now apparently my credit card has been compromised for supporting this business. Never, ever again. There are a ton of car washes in St. Albert, this one will never see my business again.
