At Herbal One, we take pride in committing ourselves to developing the most comprehensive and up-to-date Weight Management Programs designed and managed by our Corporate Nutritionist. Formulations for our powerful herbal supplements are specifically designed for weight loss. They work in conjunction with the food based portion of the programs and are soundly based for effective, safe, healthy weight loss and long term weight management. In addition, the supplements are designed to help curb appetite, speed metabolism, aid in digestion, increase energy levels, and alleviate anxiety normally associated with weight loss. Foods are selected from regular store bought grocery items based on Canada's Food Guide.
Once a client’s goal weight is achieved, a nine-week Stabilization Program is initiated ensuring that the weight loss stays stable and is then followed by a Maintenance Program. It is during the Maintenance Program, clients begin weaning themselves off the supplements and learn the lifestyle changes necessary for lifelong weight loss maintenance and continued success.
