The Key to Accomplishing Your Goals
Is your business ready to go and grow for another year? Have you got a goal, a plan, a direction? Is your staff aware of it and on board? Do you have dreams, plans, a vision, or a goal for your business? And do you remember what they are? The key to accomplishing your goals is to know what they are and use a map to get to there. If you are trying to get to a certain place you've never been to before, what do you do? You grab a map or google map it and you figure out the best (most efficient or most scenic) route. Of course, this assumes that you know exactly where you want to go. On the map, you find your destination and your starting point. Once you have those, you can figure out how to begin. Each step after that leads to the next step to reach your destination. The map lays out where you have to go and what you have to do to get from here to there. It also tells you approximately how far away your destination is, so you can figure out how much time it will take to get there. Of course, you can get to new places without a map, it just usually isn't so efficient... you may get pretty lost along the way! The same is true on the road of life.
