Cilantro The Cooks Shop is a family owned-and-operated cookware, bakeware, and kitchenware retail store serving the community of Lunenburg, Nova Scotia and Atlantic Canada. Cilantro opened its doors December 15th, 2008 and quickly established itself as the one-stop-shop for chefs and cooks of all skill levels. In fact, Cilantro carries all kinds of products; essential kitchen utensils, pots and pans, cast iron cookware, espresso machines, gourmet food and chocolate, local artisanal Nova Scotian and Canadian made products, as well as international bakeware, cookware, and kitchenware brands. We even have a kids section devoted to the budding baker and chef-in-training.
In addition to our retail store, Cilantro The Cooks Shop hosts a winter Supper Club in our dedicated kitchen next door. Designed and built by Feron Kitchens Inc. of Halifax, Nova Scotia and equipped with the finest Gaggenau appliances, the Cilantro Supper Club is a fun and exciting way to experience the sights and sounds of making great tasting food. Guest chefs from around the province prepare exciting menus that include an appetizer, dinner, and dessert.
